Check in and check out ?: Check in : 14:00, check out : 11:00.
(It will be different depends on the plans and rooms.)

Can I extend the checkout time ?: You can make an extension till 14:00 maximum.
The extension fee is \1,500 per person per hour evenly.

Can the Hotel keep the luggage, if I arrive at the hotel before the check in time ?: We can keep the luggage at Front counter at 3rd floor.
However, we are not responsible for valuable things and fragile materials.

Do I need to pay cash at check in ?: The payment will be made in advance.
Cash and Credit Card (Debit Card is not acceptable) are acceptable.

May I send the luggage to the Hotel ?: Please send the luggage to the address showing below.

Can you send a load from a hotel ?: Home delivery service is available at the Front.
We provide the customers with corrugated box and plastic cover.

What should I do if I want to reserve the room in high floor, non-smoking room or ladies floor ?: We will do our best to satisfy with your requirements at the time when you put your reservation.We are also asking your understanding if we can not fulfill as same as your requirements since the limitation of room amount.

Is there any extra charges for the children ?: There is no extra charge for the children if no extra bed is required.

Can I take my pet with me ?: We decline any pets in the hotel, however, guide dog and help dog are free to be with owners.

Is there any spacious room available for a family? How about the extra charges?: The extra bed will be provided at twin room (30㎡) and it costs \3,000.
The Hollywood types can be fit with the bed, which four people can stay there including a little child. (Because there are few twin rooms, it can not reserve at internet. Please contact us by phone.)
